Aldo Panunzio is a member of the firm’s Corporate, Real Estate, and International Trust and Estate Administration practices.
Aldo’s practice primarily focuses on cross-border M&A transactions involving the acquisition of real estate assets by foreign investors (both private and institutional) through direct and indirect investment structures. In addition, Aldo’s real estate practice involves negotiating commercial lease agreements representing both landlords and tenants, access and license agreements, and real estate finance.
Aldo also advises foreign private clients on international estate matters, mainly in connection with ancillary estate proceedings and estate planning. Most of Aldo’s clientele is composed of high-net worth private foreign individuals and foreign-based companies with United States subsidiaries.
Aldo previously worked in the real estate departments of major international law firms in Europe and the United States.
Aldo is fluent in English, Italian, and Portuguese.

- Represented an Italian multinational aerospace company in its acquisition of a U.S. metal finishing business.
