Shawn was born in China and raised in New York City. He graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Society and a minor in Law and Society. He earned his Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law. Shawn is currently an Associate in the firm’s Capital Markets practice.
While in law school, Shawn was a staff member of the American Journal of Law and Medicine and was published in the journal’s March 2020 issue. Additionally, he worked for the Honorable Howard P. Speicher of the Massachusetts Land Court and the legal department of Spartan Race, Inc. Upon graduating in 2020, Shawn served as a Legal Fellow with the Metropolitan Transportation Authority’s Construction and Development agency. Shawn is a member of the State Bar of New York.
