Over his four plus decades helping worldwide clients excel in the specialized arenas of corporate, securities and international law, Steven Sanders has earned a reputation for the highest level of integrity, knowledge, and professionalism he brings to his field. Steven’s attentive and proactive approach complements his ability to quickly solve problems and structure transactions to meet each client’s unique needs.

With clients spanning the globe from Western and Central Europe to Asia and Canada, Steven not only understands the intricate nature of international business, but can expertly resolve diverse issues between different people and countries. He believes that after forty-three plus years of experience, key to his successful track record is having the vital judgment and contacts necessary to bring deals together and complete the transactions.

He pursued his interest in corporate and international law at major law firms until 1980. Steven subsequently opened and closed two of his own thriving firms before forming Sanders Ortoli Vaughn-Flam Rosenstadt LLP several years ago. The common thread throughout his career, besides acute knowledge and dedication, has always been the solid, trust-based relationships Steven has forged with clients who continually rely on his services and refer him business.

Steven is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association and the Bar of the City of New York, where he previously served on the European Affairs Committee. He also was the former Honorary Consul from the Republic of Moldova. In addition to his commitment to Law, Steven sits on numerous for-profit boards of other companies including Helijet International, Inc.

Steven has in-depth experience representing life science companies including most recently Signalchem Life Sciences Corp., Tapimmume, Inc. and London Pharma, PLC. He also recently represented J. Streicher Capital Corp. in connection with the recently completed funding for Neurovive Pharmaceutical AB undertaken together with Chardon Capital Markets.

His deep appreciation for the arts also fuels Steven’s active involvement in the not-for-profit world, with board positions on the prestigious Roundabout Theatre Company, the largest non-profit theater in America with five operating theaters in New York City, Bay Street Threatre and others. Steven is also formerly s trustee of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and Town Hall. He has been integral in raising funds for the theater as well as producing Off-Broadway plays.
