Sophie concentrates her practice on a wide range of corporate and securities matters.
She advises both domestic and foreign companies on capital market transactions and general corporate governance. Her work includes drafting and filing registration statements, drafting board resolutions, assisting companies with securities offerings of both public and private, filing ongoing SEC disclosures, and applying for listing on NASDAQ.
Prior to joining Ortoli Rosenstadt LLP, Sophie was associated with several New York law firms and her practice focused on capital market practice, general corporate law, and commercial litigation.
Sophie has been admitted to practice law in the State of New York. She is a native speaker of Mandarin Chinese and has passed the Chinese Bar Exam.
