New York, NY – June 23, 2021 – Ortoli Rosenstadt LLP, a New York full-service international law firm, announced today that it represented Magnaghi Aeronautica USA Inc., the U.S. holding company of Italian-based aerospace company Magnaghi Aeronautica S.p.A., in its acquisition of Airmarine Electroplating Corporation and Airlift Hydraulics, Inc.

The transaction closed on April 1, 2021, and the Ortoli Rosenstadt LLP team included partners Paul Pincus and Aldo Panunzio.
