Ivan is an Associate in the firm’s Singapore office, and specializes in securities law, corporate governance, and corporate finance. He supports both public and private companies in various corporate transactions, such as securities offerings, cross-border acquisitions, and other general matters. Ivan’s expertise lies in general corporate governance matters, public offerings, and securities law compliance. His responsibilities include drafting and filing registration statements, board resolutions, annual and quarterly reports, as well as preparing and facilitating listings on Nasdaq and the NYSE.

Before joining the firm, Ivan worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions department of a prominent Singaporean firm. During his tenure, he provided counsel on a wide range of mergers and acquisitions, investments, corporate advisory, and regulatory matters. Ivan is a member of the Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law. He possesses fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
