David has been a practicing attorney for in excess of 45 years, specializing in corporation and securities law, including mergers and acquisitions. His current subspecialty is in the representation of private and public companies engaged in AI driven technology as well as companies in the medical industry.
Over the course of his practice, David has represented many large public corporations who rely on his expertise in successfully negotiating complex business transactions. Prior to joining Ortoli Rosenstadt LLP, David was a named partner in a New York City law firm which he formed and subsequently closed after 20 years. David was also a named partner of a law firm for approximately 25 years prior thereto where he successfully brought numerous companies public and was involved on a daily basis with complex securities and M&A issues.
Over the course of his career, David has also utilized his expertise and business acumen as a director of many public companies as well as chairman of the board of several public companies.
