Yuwen Long is an associate in the firm’s Capital Markets practice and Asian practice.

Yuwen advised corporates and investment banks on a wide range of corporate and securities matters.

These include initial public offerings, follow-on and secondary equity offerings, corporate governance issues, public company reporting obligations, and stock exchange rules and requirements.

Yuwen has experience working across jurisdictions, including Hong Kong and New York.

Yuwen has been admitted to practice law in the State of New York and is the member of the New York State Bar Association. She is a native speaker of Mandarin Chinese.
