Ortoli | Rosenstadt is pleased to welcome its new Corporate/M&A associate, Ana Petrelli.
Ana is a Brazilian lawyer who holds an LL.B degree from Fundação Getulio Vargas in Rio de Janeiro and a BEcon degree from Universidade Federal Fluminense, also in Rio de Janeiro. She recently received an LL.M degree in Corporate Law from New York University.
Ana was previously employed at a prominent law firm based in Rio de Janeiro, where she worked on domestic and international mergers & acquisitions, project finance, and structured finance.
Ana is Fluent in English, French, Italian, and Portuguese. She also speaks German and Spanish.
