Ana Petrelli is an associate in the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate, Real Estate, and International Trust and Estate Administration practices.

Ana graduated from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) in Rio de Janeiro with a Bachelor of Laws degree. While in Law School, she studied abroad at the University of Roma Tor Vergata in Italy, and attended summer programs at Columbia Law School and Salzburg Law School in Austria.

Ana received a Master of Laws degree in Corporate Law from New York University, where she was a member of the Brazilian Legal Society.

Prior to joining the firm, Ana was associated with a prominent law firm in Rio de Janeiro, where she worked on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, project finance, and structured finance.

Ana is a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions Committees of the American Bar Association and International Bar Association, and the Latin American Committee of the International Bar Association.

Ana is fluent in English, French, Italian, and Portuguese. She also speaks German and Spanish.
