Paul Pincus is international head of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice, a member of the firm’s Corporate practice, and head of the firm’s Staffing/Workforce Solutions practice. Paul’s practice focuses on complex mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, licensing, and executive compensation, for domestic and international companies.
Paul assists international companies on establishing and expanding their operations in the U.S., and U.S. companies on expansion abroad. He also serves as outside U.S. General Counsel to clients, providing day-to-day legal and business counsel on a variety of matters.
Paul is an accomplished corporate and M&A attorney who has completed over 130 domestic and cross-border deals across a range of industries during the past 35 years, ranging in size from under $20 million to over $200 million in value. He represents domestic and international firms in purchases, sales, recapitalizations, and management buyouts, and in transactions with strategic buyers as well as private equity firms. Paul is a frequent national speaker and writer on Mergers and Acquisitions topics. He has also lectured on Mergers and Acquisitions for several years at Columbia Business School, and has been a guest speaker on M&A issues for KPMG. He is a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions committees of the American Bar Association and International Bar Association.

Represented Alfamation S.p.A., a world leader in the field of engineering functional test systems, in its sale to inTEST Corporation.
Represented Rulmeca Holding, an Italian multinational manufacturing company and the world’s largest supplier of rollers/idlers, pulleys, and motorized pulleys, in its acquisition of Douglas Manufacturing.
Represented MG Security Services, one of the largest independently owned companies in the U.S. providing armed and unarmed security guard services, in its sale to Protos Security, a portfolio company of Southfield Capital.
Represented FlexTrade Systems, a global leader in high-performance trading technology, in the $125+ million sale of its MaxxTrader FX trading platform to the Singapore Exchange.
Represented Magnaghi Aeronautica, an Italian multinational aerospace company in its acquisition of a U.S. metal finishing business.
Represented Swipejobs, a multinational digital cloud-based hiring platform for on-demand staffing, in five acquisitions.
