Zhenling is an Associate in the firm’s New York office and a member of the Firm’s China Practice in the areas of securities law, corporate governance and corporate finance. She assists public and private companies in their corporate transactions including securities offerings of both public and private, cross-border acquisitions, and other general matters. Her practice focuses on general corporate governance matters, public offering, and securities law compliance, including drafting and filing registration statements, board resolutions, annual and quarterly reports, and preparing and applying for listing on Nasdaq.
Prior to joining the firm, Zhenling practiced at a boutique litigation firm in New York, where she advised both U.S. investors and Chinese companies on matters involving complex commercial and securities litigation, international arbitration, international discovery and judgment enforcement. She represented clients and set precedents in the state and federal courts throughout the U.S., as well as in front of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center.
Zhenling has been admitted to practice law in the State of New York, SDNY and EDNY. She is a member of the New York City Bar Association and the New York Asian American Bar Association. She is a native speaker of Mandarin Chinese.
