Ortoli Rosenstadt LLP partner Paul Pincus, head of the firm’s M&A and staffing practices, will be speaking at the American Staffing Association’s ExecuVision 2023 conference, May 16-17, 2023, in Washington, DC. 
 
Paul will be moderating a session on Buyer-Side Considerations in Staffing M&A. The session will discuss the benefits and risks of acquisitions versus organic growth and how buyers approaches to acquisitions have changed in recent years. It will examine what buyers look for in a potential seller, including red flags. And, finally, prospective buyers will learn how to prepare for the process once they’ve committed to it.
